Your privacy and web safety is extremely important to us. All
customer information is strictly for internal usage. The Stagecoach
staff refuses to give, share, or sell, any personal information
obtained on our website, to outside sources. E-mail addresses are
used solely for invoice information and, of course, for
correspondence should any problems arise. All orders are shipped
safely in plain packaging. We will ship directly to your home or
office. Your order will be shipped promptly. Feel free to contact us

Security
We run a secure site. Several security measures are being used to
ensure the safety of our many online customers. These precautions
are monitored by our payment/authorization gateway provider. This
means it is safe to enter your entire credit card number on our
purchasing system and it cannot be read in transit. Customer
information is stored within secure networks and may only be
obtained by a limited number of employees who possess access to
privileged information. However, if online purchasing just isn’t for

Payment Methods
ALL prices are US Dollars. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and
AMERICAN EXPRESS. We also accept PayPal.
Shipping & Charges
We charge a flat rate of $7.75USD on every order, regardless of size
or weight. In Canada, please allow an extra $25.00 for international
shipping costs. Also, in Alaska and Hawaii, please allow an extra
$15.00 for shipping costs. At this time, the Stagecoach does not
ship to South America or overseas. Sorry for the inconvenience,
please check back for updates on South American/overseas shipping.
Sales Tax
What you see is what you get at the Stagecoach! We do not add
additional sales tax on our online merchandise for our out of state
customers. However, all Nebraska residents, be ready to add 5.5%
state sales tax to your order!
Back Orders & Out of Stock Merchandise
In the event that an item is out of stock, you will be notified on
our website.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Each product
purchased from the Stagecoach is hand-packaged before shipping. Each
item of your order will be checked before shipping to ensure
excellent condition. If any package is damaged, please do not
hesitate to return it. If any item within a damaged package is
broken, please contact us within seven business days of the receipt
of the package. Carefully pack all of the items back into the box
and return to us. If insurance was applied to your order, we insure
that it be reapplied when returning it to us.
If non-damaged items arrive and you simply wish to return or
exchange them, please contact us within seven business days. Please
repackage goods and ship them back to us within the seven business
days. Shipping and insurance costs are your responsibility with
returned goods. When the merchandise is received by our store, each
item will be checked for damages and barring any such event; your
credit card will be refunded.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your Stagecoach purchase. We
