Let's take a look at this really neat turquoise cross pendant! This is Sonoran Turquoise that has a very pleasing color tone and some small gold flakes sprinkled in. The stone has a rich color that really draws attention. While fairly small, you have to appreciate how unique this stone is.
The silverwork that makes up this turquoise cross pendant is what really requires discussion. The style of the cross is bold and quite unlike any that we have carried before. While it is difficult to tell from the picture, this has some great depth to it. Each bar, as I call them, is rounded outward in a three-dimensional design. Run your finger over this turquoise pendant and you will feel the depth and solidness of the craftsmanship on display here. Instead of a shiny finish, the Navajo Native American jewelry artist gave this more of a matte look. I think this goes with the style of the cross really well.
This is a large turquoise cross pendant that is sure to draw attention while you are wearing it. It is 3 1/2" tall and 2" wide. The 3 1/2" tall includes the large anchored bail at the top. This bail is soldered directly to the pendant and does not swivel around. It would look great on a nice set of silver beads! If you are in search of a turquoise cross pendant that is a definite eye-catcher, look no further!
The chain that you see pictured is not included. If you would like to add a chain please contact us and we can help find an appropriate one.
