Handmade Turquoise Jewelry From NebraskaThis sterling silver bracelet has a beautiful natural Kingman turquoise stone. It has a bright blue color with an intricate dark matrix running through the stone. Kingman turquoise comes out of large open-pit copper mine in Arizona. Today, the Kingman mine is one of the largest mines in the United States. My father, Gary Glandon, handmade this bracelet right here at the Stagecoach. He gave the silver a hammered texture for added detail. He also made the shank anticlastic, meaning it is rounded just slightly. Because less metal is actually touching your skin, this makes it more comfortable. While Gary uses many different stones, he loves making turquoise jewelry most of all. The opening of this bracelet is 1 inch wide and would fit a fairly small wrist. If you have any questions regarding the size or anything else, please do not hesitate to contact us.
