This is such a fun, unusual turquoise bracelet! This was handmade by a Navajo Native American jewelry artist by the name of Rick Enriquez. As you have undoubtedly noticed, the most striking feature of this bracelet is the large butterfly that is affixed to the top of the cuff. Enriquez used some nice stamp-work to emphasize the detailing in the butterfly's wings. In the center of the butterfly sits an oval Kingman turquoise stone from Arizona. The turquoise gives this bracelet a welcomed splash of color.
The cuff portion of this bracelet has further stamping across its surface. If you look closely, you can tell that this pattern is done entirely by hand. Stamp-work is common in Native American jewelry and is an artform all its own. This bracelet is handmade from solid sterling silver. The artist applied a matte finish to this, giving it an antique appearance. This turquoise bracelet is very unique, and you are sure to enjoy it if you love butterflies!
This bracelet has a cuff that is 5/16" wide. The opening for your wrist is 1 1/8" though this can be adjusted somewhat to fit. The measurement at the widest part of the circular cuff is 2 1/4". If you have any other questions about sizing, please let us know by calling 308-234-3313.
