Handmade Sonoran Gold Turquoise Ring

This is a brand new turquoise ring that my father Gary Glandon, just finished. This has a lovely Sonoran Gold Turquoise stone that he picked out from the lapidary artist. Sonoran turquoise is a relatively new mine that is located in Mexico, not far from the U.S. border. As in this ring, it often has stunning colors that can range from solid blue to solid green. Our favorites are those that have a mixture of blue and green, as you see here. This particular stone has a large swath of green with patches of light blue on either side. There is also a yellow matrix that runs through these colors, hence the name Sonoran Gold Turquoise. This combination is quite something and has become one of our most popular stones at Stagecoach.

Other than the beautiful stone, this ring is pretty simple. Gary used a simple border around the stone with five small silver balls on each side. Likewise, the shank is unadorned and simply splits three ways towards the top. This turquoise ring is meant to be dainty and comfortable, one that you can forget that you are wearing. This is going to become one of your favorites!

This ring was handmade by Gary Glandon at the Stagecoach in Kearney, NE. It is solid sterling silver and you will find this stamped on the inside. It has genuine Sonoran Gold Turquoise.
