This is a pendant featuring a lovely Sonoran Gold Turquoise that stands out nicely. If you haven't heard of it, this is a new type of turquoise that has just hit the market within the last year. Typically, it is very green with some gold flakes mixed in. This pendant, however, has a stone that is mostly bright blue with some green around the edges. The variety of different looks is one of the really great qualities of Sonoran Gold Turquoise. Every stone is completely unique and there's some out there to fit every person's tastes.
This pendant was entirely handmade in sterling silver by a Navajo Native American jewelry artist. It has a rope design around the turquoise that these artists love using. I like the triangular shape of this piece as well. It makes it less uniform and helps play on the handmade quality. This also comes with its own 18" sterling silver chain so you will be all set once it arrives. If you are interested in this pendant I would suggest that you not wait. The Sonoran Gold Turquoise jewelry has been so popular that I doubt this lasts long.
This pendant is 1" high (not including the bail) and about 3/4" wide.
