This is a Golden Hills turquoise bracelet that was handmade here at the Stagecoach by Gary Glandon. This is a relatively new type of turquoise that is found in Kazakhstan. It is known for its matter blue to white coloring combined with a dark matrix. Golden Hills turquoise as become popular among turquoise collectors around the world because of its unique appearance. The stone that is set in this bracelet is a narrow oval shape with colors ranging from light blue to dark gray. There is a bit of the dark matrix that runs across this stone as well. This is a very pretty Golden Hills turquoise bracelet with a unique stone!
Gary used his classic leaf and flower design on this bracelet. At the top and bottom of this piece there is a small silver flower. Branching off those flowers are leaves that circle around the stone. These are all individual pieces that Gary cut and soldered together. This is one of his favorite styles and he has been using it for a long time. It gives the jewelry a lovely appearance that is full of detail.
This Golden Hills turquoise bracelet is solid sterling silver. It has an opening that is one inch wide, though this can be adjusted, to some extent, to fit your wrist.
