Purple Manakara Grape Vine Pendant by Gary Glandon
Wow. This is easily one of the neatest and most unique pieces I have ever seen. This bubbly stone is called Purple Manakara or Grape Agate. A rare stone from West Sulawesi, Indonesia, it is well known for its bubbly stone formations. This pendant was made right here at Stagecoach by Gary Glandon. He made the setting from sterling silver and added silver and brass leaves to look like grape vines around a grape bunch. Gary hand-engraved each leaf for added effect. This is such a neat piece, unlike anything I've ever seen. The pendant measures 2 1/2" x 1 1/2" not including the bail.
