David Rosales Designs - Contemporary Turquoise Jewelry

You are looking at a large turquoise naja pendant from designer David Rosales. A naja is a traditional and well-known Native American symbol with Spanish roots. This crescent symbol is most seen in the center of squash blossom necklaces but is sometimes shown separately, as in this pendant. A separate pendant is more comfortable and casual than a full squash blossom necklace. While not as embellished, a Naja pendant like this can be dressed up by adding turquoise beads. It is very versatile and can be worn for many separate occasions!

This pendant is solid sterling silver with Kingman turquoise inlaid in the center. These stones are individually cut and hand-inlaid by these Native American jewelry artists. This piece also has some nice decorations in the silver. I especially like the stationary bail because it has a unique shape. Your necklace goes through the back of this bail, a subtle feature that gives this a little extra elegance. If you are looking for a modern twist on a traditional turquoise jewelry design, this will be perfect for you.

This naja is 2 3/4" long and just over 2" wide. Its generous size ensures that everyone will notice this beautiful pendant. It will be the centerpiece of your outfit.

Please allow four to six weeks to receive this piece. It was handcrafted by David Rosales' talented team of Navajo artists and does require some time. We appreciate your patience with this process. Please contact us at 308-234-3313 if you have any questions.
