All orders of in-stock items are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Some items, such as our David Rosales jewelry, are handcrafted once an order has been placed. Due to the handcrafted nature of these items, this may take between four and six weeks. Normal processing and shipping times are in addition to this timeframe. We do our best to be upfront about this waiting period on each product page.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We provide a variety of shipping services based on your speed preference. Please do note the processing times outlined above and on the product pages.
If purchasing an item within the state of Nebraska, you will be subject to local and state taxes. According to Nebraska Sales and Use Tax Regulation 1-079, shipping and handling charges of any taxable item are also taxable. These charges are automatically calculated at checkout and are included in shipping charges.
All domestic orders over $75 will receive free Priority Mail shipping through USPS. If you prefer a different shipping method, we can subtract the amount that Priority Mail would cost us from the total shipping charge. Our website is unable to do this automatically so please contact us regarding this charge.
Though shipping times can vary, estimates are shown on the checkout screen. Typically, our Priority Mail service takes between 2 and 3 days, depending on where you live.
Please note that weather and other circumstances can affect shipping times. These are, unfortunately, outside of our control. Once a package leaves our hands, we have no control over what the shipping services do with the package. Furthermore, we do not have access to any additional information about the whereabouts of a package other than what is shown from the tracking information. In the unfortunate event that a package is lost or delayed, we will do what we can to help but are at the mercy of the shipping service like everyone else. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
If you live locally and would like to forgo shipping charges, please check out as normal. Once you place an order, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a pickup. You will authorize shipping payment upon placing your order, but we will process your payment excluding the shipping charges. To ensure your understanding we would be happy to provide you with a breakdown of your changes when you pick the item(s) up.
We offer international shipping to a variety of countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These rates are calculated directly from the shipping services and are independent.
Estimated shipping times are also shown at checkout. Please be advised that these times are only estimations and are subject to vary. Once your item has been shipped, we have no control over the package.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Stagecoach is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. We are also not responsible for calculating these charges.
Please do not ask us to lie on customs forms. Stagecoach will provide all necessary information, including HS tariff numbers, honestly and accurately. Stagecoach will not change or lie about any information in order to help a customer circumvent tariff charges. It is the customer’s responsibility to determine tariff charges prior to placing an order.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you. As stated above, once an order is shipped, we have no control over its whereabouts and have limited access to information regarding its whereabouts. Stagecoach is shown the same tracking information as the customer.
