It comes from the Red Moon Collection, which consists of turquoise, red and blue created opal, and black jade. These Native American jewelry artists hand-cut each of these tiny stones so that they fit together perfectly. Isn't it amazing the amount of workmanship that goes into this process? Other than the beautiful stones, this pendant has a unique silver design. There are intricate wings extending to the bail. This almost reminds me of an ancient Greece influence, which is very unusual when combined with Native American jewelry. Another take is that these are large angel wings incorporated into the pendant. Regardless, this is pendant has beautiful stones with an intricate and unusual sterling silver design. It measures 1 1/2" tall (not including the bail) and 7/8" wide.
