Made from sterling silver right at our Stagecoach store, this turquoise ring showcases American pride. Skylar Glandon, our in-house artisan, created this ring at our in-house jewelry bench using some of the best jewelry-making tools and equipment.
At the center of this design is a genuine Kingman turquoise stone, mined from the renowned Kingman Turquoise Mine in Arizona. Known for its vibrant blue hues and intricate matrix patterns, Kingman turquoise is highly sought after by collectors and jewelry enthusiasts alike. It is the only remaining large turquoise mine still operating in the United States. The deep blue of the turquoise is accented by dark web-like veins, making each stone unique. The turquoise in this ring has deep blue coloring with a dark, tight weaving matrix.
Skylar added elements from the American flag to this ring with stripes and stars on each side of the turquoise stone. These stars were carefully soldered by Skylar, a challenging process due to the tendency for the stars to move while soldering.
