David Rosales Designs - Contemporary Native American Jewelry

If you have spent some time looking around our shop you will notice that we carry a lot of Native American jewelry from David Rosales. His work is always beautiful, but I tend to have my favorites just like everyone else. This shield pendant is definitely one of my recent favorites from David Rosales! Its bright blue colors really pack a punch and it has a bold and striking shape. As its name implies, the shape reminds me of a shield and it is sufficiently large to really draw attention. This is certainly a beautiful pendant!

One thing that sets David Rosales apart from other designers is his stone collections that any of his pieces can be inlaid with. This is the Blue Sky Collection, consisting of lapis lazuli, denim lapis, and lab-created opal. This collection of stones is absolutely stunning and is one of our most popular. Pieces such as this prove that Native American jewelry doesn't have to be dark and dingy. On the contrary, it can be some of the most colorful jewelry that you have ever seen! Furthermore, this is the fancy-cut inlay style, meaning that the stones have been inlaid with great detail and tiny, precise cuts. All of those sharp angles that you see create quite a challenge that only some of the most skilled Native American jewelry artists can accomplish so cleanly. This pendant really is a work of art!

This pendant is 1 1/4" wide and 1 1/2" tall without including the bail. As I said previously, this is a good size that will draw lots of attention. This does not include a chain but you can always contact if you would like to add one. Also, please allow four to six weeks to receive this pendant.
