Even though feathers are such a staple of Native American jewelry, this one has its own unique style! This pendant was designed by David Rosales who is one of the most talented Native American jewelry artists in the country. This collection is named Turquoise Creek and has picture jasper, black jade, and a small amount of turquoise. These stones are all inlaid together in sterling silver. Even the bail has a black jade stone in it, which is a really interesting detail. My favorite part of the inlay is the small turquoise ribbon that runs between the brown and black towards the bottom. Native American jewelry is so artistic that you can often expect fun little details like this. Don't you think these colors go really well with the feather design? It gives it such a natural, earthy look. This pendant is 1 3/4" long (not including the bail) and just over 1/2" wide.  With the bail, the pendant measures 2 1/8" X 1/2".
