David Rosales Designs - The Finest Contemporary Native American Jewelry
White Buffalo is a unique stone that has grown more and more popular over the last couple of years. While sometimes known as White Buffalo Turquoise, this white and black stone is actually not turquoise at all. It is opalized calcite and quartz, a stone all its own. White Buffalo pairs well with lots of different outfits and the black and white coloring gives off a luxurious look.
This pendant was designed by David Rosales, a highly talented Native American jewelry artist from New Mexico. He was the first person I had ever seen use White Buffalo in inlaid jewelry. This pendant is in the shape of a bear, which is an important symbol in Native American culture.
This pendant is sterling silver and measures 1 3/8" x 7/8" not including the bail.
White Buffalo has a vast amount of variation from one stone to the next. Some have more black than others and occasionally you can find a hint of brown running throughout a stone. Because of this variety, your pendant will look slightly different from what is pictured here. Also, because this is handcrafted Native American jewelry, please allow 4 weeks to receive. Each David Rosales piece takes some time to create but they always turn out gorgeous. Please contact us if you have any questions at 308-234-3313.
